Private Investigation Course

Private investigation is really an umbrella term that encompasses a lot of different services. Take a look at this partial list of services that a private investigator can provide:

  • Process service
  • Background Investigations
  • Asset locations
  • Missing persons locates
  • Criminal defense
  • Insurance fraud
  • Identity Theft
  • Cheating spouses
  • Affidavits
  • Surveillance
  • Covert Operations
  • De - Bugging
  • Repossessions
  • Accident Reports
  • Debt Collection
  • Legal Matters
  • Report Writing

As you can see, there are many areas of private investigation to choose from. You probably already have a good idea which area you would like to pursue.

Private investigation is a field that will be around for a long time. As police departments are cutting back on their budgets and laying officers off, private investigators are getting more and more business. There simply aren't enough police officers on the street to investigate each mishap to its fullest. Private citizens have no choice but to turn to PI's for help.

Think about that, you could bridge the gap between the lack of police officers and the large investigation workload lying on the empty desks down at the station. Once you establish yourself in your local market, you will have more cases than you can handle -- all while earning a good living.

Private investigation is not for everyone, but many people can adapt to the needs of this field. If you have an interest in helping people and providing a much needed service to the community, this is the career for you.

Why Become A Private Investigator?

In these days of corporate downsizing and redundancy it makes sense to look at ways of making a living which do not rely on the whims and fortunes of a regular employer.

It's an old saying, but you really can't beat being your own boss. Your future prosperity is in your hands. Do you know anyone who is more concerned with your success and prosperity than you are?

As a private investigator you WILL be your own boss, managing your own time and controlling your own destiny. The best bit is that you get to keep all the profits!

Of course, there are any number of businesses you could start, so why choose this one?

Low Start-up Costs
A PI sells time. He or she doesn't make anything, stock anything or sell anything tangible. So very little capital is needed to get started. You'll need a telephone, a corner of the house to work from, and an inconspicuous car. If you've got these, you're in business.

High Profits
You can expect to earn a much higher than average salary from your efforts, as befits someone with rare skills which are much in demand.

No Qualifications Needed
You need no qualifications to become a private investigator and there are no formalities involved in setting up in business. All that is required is the know-how which the course will provide.

Open to all
A PI can be young or old, male or female. There are really no restrictions. The profession is open to anyone with a willingness to learn and a desire to succeed.

Prestige
Most of us want others to admire and respect us. There's nothing wrong with that. It's human nature. As a private detective you are guaranteed healthy respect and admiration from those around you. You will quite naturally become more interesting to others. If you were introduced to an accountant and a PI, which would you be more interested in?

Job Satisfaction
Profits are important, but they mean little if you hate what you have to do to make them. This is an immensely enjoyable business. No two days are ever the same, and you will find yourself engaged in a wide range of activities. Few businesses offer the same variety or potential excitement.

Flexibility
As a private investigator you manage your own time and business. You decide which jobs to take and when to take them. In the early stages, there's no reason at all why you can't start part time. If you already have a regular job, then there's no reason to give it up straight away. You can run your business alongside your job until you're confident of success. That way, you risk nothing.

These are just a few of the benefits.

Bear in mind that you don’t have to eventually become a PI to benefit from the course. People from all walks of life enrol for all sorts of reasons. Although the course has been designed and written for those aiming to enter the profession, the information it contains can be of benefit and interest to just about everyone, whether in your business or private life. For example:

Throughout the course you will learn the 'tricks of the trade' the professionals use to resolve these, and many other situations.

Even if you have no intention of becoming a private detective, the course is going to be both informative and revealing for you.

BIP Security Ltd recognizes that it is very important for all personnel involved in the security industry to have undergone a structured program of security training and education. Such training allows participants to develop necessary recognized skills and qualifications, as well as be effective and professional in their security role.
